He was apparently the only speaker to get a standing ovation and cries for an encore.

Dave Smalley videoed the shenanigans, including John’s intro about the confusing licensing situation.

John performed the Wikipedia article “Otitis Media” during the Cloth Cat open mic night that’s held there every Thursday (except the first Thursday of the month!). John will hopefully be doing another performance of the song at Barcamp Leeds on Saturday to spread the word.
